Delete Account

You can request deletion of your PashuMate account and associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
This page satisfies Google Play data-deletion requirements and our obligations under the DPDPA.
1. In the Android app
- Open PashuMate and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings (or Account).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- If you do not see the option, update to the latest app version or use the email method below.
2. By email
Send an email from your registered Google account address to support@pashumate.com with subject line "Delete my PashuMate account" and include your display name and phone number if verified.
3. What is deleted
- Profile, favourites, saved alerts, and authentication linkage.
- Active listings you own (removed from public map).
- Optional phone verification data.
4. What may be retained
- Payment and invoice records for platform fees (tax and audit requirements).
- Anonymised analytics.
- Content required for ongoing disputes, fraud investigations, or legal compliance.
- Reviews or deal records where retention is necessary to protect other users.
5. Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Some caches may take additional time to clear from CDN or search indexes.
6. Web-only visitors
If you only browsed the website without creating an account, clear browser cookies or email legal@pashumate.com if you believe we hold personal data from a sign-in attempt.
