Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to PashuMate for platform services (such as featured listings and map promotion) processed via Razorpay or other authorised payment partners.

It does not govern the purchase price of livestock between buyers and sellers — those are private transactions conducted directly between users.

1. Platform fees vs animal sales

  • Platform fees: payments to PashuMate for visibility, promotions, or subscriptions.
  • Animal sale price: negotiated and paid directly between buyer and seller. PashuMate does not process or refund animal sale payments.

2. Featured listings and promotions

  • Featured or promoted placement fees are generally non-refundable once the promotion period has started, because map inventory is allocated immediately.
  • If a technical failure on our side prevents your listing from receiving the purchased promotion for the full paid period, contact support within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. We may extend the promotion or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  • If your listing is removed for violating Community Guidelines or law, fees are not refunded.

3. GST and invoices

Tax invoices for platform fees are issued by Shimle Ale Sardar (Partnership Firm) with GSTIN 03AFDFS7458E1ZZ where applicable. Input tax credit eligibility depends on your registration status.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@pashumate.com within 7 days of payment (or within the promotion period for technical issues).
  2. Include registered email, Razorpay order/payment ID, listing ID, and description of the issue.
  3. We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days per Razorpay/bank timelines.

5. Chargebacks

Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension. Contact us first so we can resolve legitimate issues.
