• You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• Business users (vets, feed shops, transporters) must have authority to bind their business.

PashuMate is an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We provide technology for users to publish and discover listings. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee animals, prices, health, or legality of every transaction.

• Sellers are independent third parties responsible for their listings, representations, animal welfare, and compliance with livestock movement, vaccination, and trade laws.
• Buyers are responsible for due diligence, physical inspection, veterinary checks, and compliance with purchase and transport regulations.
• Vets, feed shops, and transporters listed on the Platform are independent service providers unless explicitly marked as PashuMate-operated.

• You may sign in with Google and optionally verify a mobile number via OTP.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines.
• Account deletion instructions are available on our Delete Account page.

• You retain ownership of content you upload but grant PashuMate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in marketing for the Platform.
• You warrant that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You must not list stolen animals, misrepresent breed or health, use misleading photos, or violate animal cruelty or slaughter laws.
• GPS-stamped photos and honest milk yield, lactation, pregnancy, and vaccination disclosures are strongly encouraged.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates law, these Terms, or user safety without prior notice where urgent.

You must not engage in conduct prohibited under our Community Guidelines, including spam, fraud, harassment, illegal trade, circumvention of contact fees, scraping at scale, or attempts to compromise Platform security.

PashuMate prohibits animal cruelty in any form on the Platform. You must comply with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, the Transport of Animals Rules, state cattle-protection and animal husbandry laws, and applicable disease-control regulations.

• You must not list, promote, or transact in a manner that involves beating, neglect, starvation, overcrowding, illegal slaughter, or other unnecessary suffering.
• Listing photos must not depict inhumane handling or injured animals presented without honest disclosure.
• Sellers remain responsible for humane care of animals until lawful handover to the buyer.
• Buyers and transporters must handle purchased animals responsibly during inspection, loading, and transport.
• We may remove content, suspend accounts, and report serious violations to competent authorities without refund of platform fees.

Mandi averages, district trends, and SEO price pages are derived from marketplace listings and reference data for information only. They are not offers, appraisals, or binding valuations. Actual trade prices depend on inspection, negotiation, season, and local conditions.

• Contact between users may occur via phone or WhatsApp deep links after sign-in.
• Off-platform negotiations and payments are at users' own risk. PashuMate does not hold buyer or seller funds for animal sales.
• PashuMate is not a party to private animal sale contracts between buyers and sellers.
• Deal or parchi records on the Platform, where available, are evidentiary aids only and do not replace statutory documents required for livestock movement or taxation.

• Certain features (e.g., featured map pins and promotions) may require payment via Razorpay or other authorised partners.
• Fees, taxes (including GST where applicable), and refund eligibility are described at checkout and in our Refund Policy.
• Failure to pay does not entitle you to premium placement.

As a marketplace e-commerce entity, we display seller-provided information and maintain a grievance redressal mechanism. For issues with a specific listing, contact the seller first; unresolved platform-related complaints may be escalated to our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy).

PashuMate logos, software, editorial content produced by us, and map UX are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from the Platform except as permitted by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer page for additional limitations.

• To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PashuMate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, animals, data, or goodwill.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you to PashuMate in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) ₹5,000.
• Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PashuMate, its partners, and personnel from claims arising from your content, listings, transactions, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum jurisdiction where applicable.
• We encourage good-faith resolution via our Grievance Officer before litigation.

We may modify these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a new date. Material changes may be notified via the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
